Connecting driver and vehicle

Some customers always hand over the vehicle statically to the driver. Especially if the fleet and the orders are reasonably heterogeneous, the vehicle and the vehicle do not need to be considered or optimized separately. Drivers then always "bring their vehicle with them".

When a driver is assigned to a tour, the assigned vehicle should also always be entered.
