Start and end positions for vehicles in bulk optimization

The function should enable vehicles to be given an optional start and end position. This means that in future, optimization will not only take into account the journeys themselves, but also the actual location of a vehicle - such as a depot, a facility or a free address.

• The routes will be calculated more realistically and accurately, as real vehicle locations will be taken into account.

• Optimization results should be improved, especially in the case of several depots or distributed vehicles.

• The positions should be stored directly in the vehicle dialog and later automatically saved in the generated trips.

• It should be possible to optionally add start/end positions to vehicles.

This function should significantly increase planning accuracy and flexibility, especially for fleets with several locations.
