Webhooks based on events in Nova – Workflows mit Make.com, Zapier & Co.

Many teams want automated processes for events such as "person created" or "contract updated". Instead of building our own complex workflow system, we open up Nova for modern no-code/low-code automation - via webhooks.

What's new:

• Nova can automatically trigger webhooks on defined events.

• External tools such as Make.com or Zapier start workflows immediately - without a manual intermediate step.

What this is good for:

• Triggering emails, notifications or data synchronizations automatically.

• Connect Nova with over 1,000 apps (CRM, DMS, ticketing, chat, BI and much more).

• Reach your goal much faster than with your own large workflow system.

How to use it:

• Store webhook URLs in the settings and select the relevant events.

• As soon as something happens in Nova (e.g. person, trip, contract created/changed), Nova calls up your webhook URL and transfers the object data.

• Process the data directly in Make.com/Zapier - e.g. send email, create record, post Slack message.

Examples of triggerable events:

• People, companies, contracts, vehicles

• Trips, trip requests, driver/escort, start/end, waypoints

• Facilities, depots, stations

• Contacts, guardians, responsible persons

• Employees and addresses, news, tasks (ToDo)
